YOUR SAFETY AND WELL BEING IS OUR #1 PRIORITY

Spalding Clinical Services coronavirus precautions:

All clinicians are currently offering telehealth appointments as an alternative to in-person
appointments.

We are taking steps to ensure common spaces at our office are sanitized regularly.
Throughout the day, we are sanitizing counter spaces, doorknobs, reception area chairs
and other frequently handled items. Hand sanitizer is available.

Clients with any cold, cough, or flu-like symptoms are asked to cancel their
appointments or change them to a telehealth appointment.

Please wear a mask and practice social distancing in all common areas of the office. If
you do not have a mask, please ask the office staff for one.

If you are not comfortable waiting in the waiting room, you are welcome to wait in the
hallway or in your car. If you chose to do so please let the office staff know where you
will be waiting or leave a message on your clinician’s voicemail. **Not the staff
voicemail**

Only those involved directly with a therapy session will be allowed to wait in the waiting
room.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone who
has, please notify us immediately.

Please discuss any concerns you may have with your individual clinician.
