Lisa Gray, MSW, LCSW accepts adolescents from 14 to 17 years of age and adults ages 18 and older. Lisa works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders and relationship issues. She specializes in grief and loss, infertility, women’s issues, and marital treatment. She has a strong approach working with adolescents struggling with depression, mood disorders, anxiety and eating disorders.
She takes an assertive approach to treatment, encouraging and relying on the client to have motivation to change and to take responsibility outside the therapy session. She subscribes to this approach so that the client can successfully return to their daily routines.
Lisa has been in private practice in Naperville since 1994. She completed her graduate work from Aurora University as a Clinical Social Worker. She completed her Master’s thesis on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and the psychological effects on the parents. She then worked extensively in hospitals working with adolescents and adults needing highly skilled intervention.
