Lisa Gray, MSW, LCSW is a Master’s level Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of mental health experience. Lisa began her work in community mental health, transitioned to In-Patient work, then began Private Practice in 1994.
Lisa has extensive experience treating individuals with a wide range of concerns, such as Eating Disorders, Depression and Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Couples Counseling, and Women’s Issues. Lisa works with clients from age 15 to 70 years old.
Lisa’s approach to counseling includes Cognitive Behavioral strategies, Client-Centered/Solution Focused skills, Radical Acceptance tools, and Mindfulness, to name a few. Lisa takes an assertive approach to treatment, encouraging and relying on the client to have motivation to change and take responsibility outside the therapy session. Lisa subscribes to this approach so that clients can successfully return to their daily routines.
Lisa sees clients in her office and also offers telehealth sessions.
